Sometime in the last two weeks, my 3rd level players lost their HP with a fairly recent update to the UI, or more likely whatever runs behind it. Now we have to guess at what they had for HP in many cases, as they've been keeping it here. At 3rd level, it's less of an issue, but if this happened at high levels, I can see people rage-quitting the platform, and I couldn't blame them, HP is just about the most significant stat on the page.
I strongly doubt it was caused by the update as this would effect every character on here. All of mine are perfectly untouched. Have you done anything that would effect HP like levelling up, homebrew subclass/feats/items, etc? Perhaps provide a link to the character sheet?

There seems to be a bug, I have read at least a dozen and a half reports about it over the past week or so. Try logging out and back in, that will trigger the server to clear its cache. Then wait 20 minutes for everything to update and try it again.
It's probably only affecting things that are manually entered, that's how these were, with the players rolling their physical dice. I've already manually overridden the values with data I had in Foundry Vtt. What happened is it bumped back to max HP at Level 1 (hit die + bonuses), then only bonuses for the levels beyond that, but dropping any manually entered values. Maybe the way manual HP values get entered got changed or something? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ That's the best I can come up with in my not-a-programmer mind.
