Edit2/Resolved: The site will add the options list for you when publishing and that is intended behavior. If you use the XYZ Options workaround while private, delete it before publishing.
Before publishing a subclass, any options for features are listed out for the creator but are not shown when viewing from another account (ie someone in the same campaign). After publishing, the full options list is shown in both views.
I had followed IAmSposta's advice from this thread and made a "XYZ Options" Feature so they would display correctly, but after publishing it results in duplicated text. I think I would prefer the behavior to be "don't automatically add the options, I will manage the text myself". But regardless of which it does, it should be consistent.
On a related note, in the "XYZ Options" feature, I have "Hide in Builder" checked but it is still shown.
