Okay, this is a pre-emptive question and I'm not sure there's going to be an answer, but I figured I would ask!
The card I have on file just expired, and therefore I have a new one. As I understand it, there is no way to update your information for a subscription without cancelling and renewing. That's fine - I'm waiting until just before my current subscription runs out. I'm not happy the system is like this, but that in and of itself isn't the problem.
I currently have five content sharing slots due to the kindness offered back in March, and I love having five. However, I'm now worried that by cancelling my subscription (which I have no choice but to do), when I renew it, I will lose the five slots and have to choose three to turn back on. My questions are, therefore - am I correct in that assumption, and if so, will support be able and willing to grandfather me back in, since it's their system causing me to lose the extra slots and not anything I did/wanted to do? Do we still have five slots available to move around, even, or did that offer expire as I thought it did?
I would recommend contacting support (contact us link at bottom of page) regarding the card expiring. There may be something better that they can do for you.
I also recommend PayPal for future. If your card expires and your bank issues a replacement, PayPal may be able to update the card on file for you without you having to do anything which means no interruption to subscribed services.
