I am trying to create a Totem Warrior barbarian using the SCAG spirits. But it doesn't seem to be showing up. Am I doing something wrong?

I have bought the SCAG book, and have other stuff from it showing up in the character creator, like the duergar dwarf.

The character is the correct level, yes? Picking the subclass is third level.

 I just tried with a brand new character and it's the same thing.

And yes my character is currently level 10, so it's not a level issue

 In the top section under the header “Account Entitlements” it will offer you the opportunity to re-sync your entitlements if they get out of wack. If it is not offering you that opportunity, then that means that’s not the problem.

No, it says that my entitlements are in sync.
