I've seen a few forums about this but i'm not quite getting it. I bought Icewind Dale as a gift for a friend before realizing that I couldn't gift him the book so I'm trying to at least share the content with him, but it's not working. I have a master subscription, I only have the one campaign, but he can't access the book. Are we doing something wrong or am I not understanding how this works?

Go to My Campaigns

Go into campaign

Enable content sharing.

Ensure the player is joined by giving them the join link.

Player can create a character in your campaign and get access to all sheet options and while they have a character there can acess the sourcebooks.

I've done all that, but he says he still doesn't have access to the book.

 Go here and make sure that your “Entitlements are synced”

After that, turn content sharing off and back on again. Then tell your friend to give it about 20 minutes (just in case) and then check again.
