Whenever I add "Choose One-handed Melee Weapon" for proficiency as a modifier and save it, drop down menu doesn't appear when I go to build a character.
After you save the modifier you have to re-save the entire Homebrew using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button hinder “Basic Information.”
