Campaign invite links not working

I am trying to invite a new player into an existing campaign , but the link won’t let her in. I have seen link to my other campaigns and they don’t work either. I have reset the links but they don’t work either.

help please

Are you specifically using the campaign link with the word "join" in the URL?
"https://ddb.ac/campaigns/join/#######/"

And not the URL in the address bar? "https://www.dndbeyond.com/campaigns/#####"

I am using the “join” link

I get the following msgs  ‘Server error” or “pang doesnt exist”

Correction, The person I am inviting get those msgs, not me.

Is that person running any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions, or a VPN that could be interfering with DDB?
