What's your Wisdom modifier? The number of prepared spells a druid can have scales with Wisdom. They get 2 spell slots, but they can only prepare a number of spells equal to Wisdom Modifier + Druid Level.
I just noticed it while looking at the spells tab under class selection. I haven't gotten to inputting stats yet.
That's why. Druids can prepare a number of spells equal to their druid level plus their wisdom modifier. Since you don't have a wisdom modifier yet, it only knows about the one from being a first-level druid.
Druids get two cantrips and two 1st level spells at level one. The character builder gives them two cantrips and only one 1st level spell.

Oddly, when I put in stats, it jumped to five 1st level spells, which according to the PHB is still wrong??
