It's been 7 days since my first ticket, I paid for Odysseys of Theros. the money came out of my bank account but it wasn't added to my account. i've sent several tickets and none have been responded to.
They respond eventually, but they get backed up. One of the things that backs the system up the most is people submitting multiple tickets for the same thing.
There was a spike in tickets around Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday.
We are working to resolve this and are also actively recruiting for more Customer Service staff.
Please note that sending multiple tickets makes the whole process take longer for everyone, because customer service need to spend time reading those tickets and figuring out if they're the same issue or not, then linking them together to be dealt with.
