Grappling Strike, which works fine when chosen by a fighter, does not show up as an option for those that take the Martial Adept feat even when options are turned on. Has anyone else seen this?
This system isn’t smart enough for that feat to draw its options from some sort of master list or anything. Each Maneuver had to be individually coded to the feat as its own action. If they add the new Tasha’s Maneuvers to it as available actions then there is no way to prevent the people who have not purchased that book from being able to select those options. They would need to make a janky workaround by creating a “Martial Addept (Tasha’s)” feat which should not really exist at all so they would really rather not do that.
If you want, you can make yourself that janky (Tasha’s) version of the feat by as a private homebrewed copy by using the original as the template and add the new maneuvers to it yourself by adding an additional option for each one of the new maneuvers.
