I have a homebrew race that I shared with the community as to let one of my friends inspect it. But, after talking to them I had a great idea for a feature to give my homebrew race. Sadly, I cannot edit my homebrew after it has been shared. How do I stop sharing so I can edit my homebrew race.
You cannot. The most you can do is “create new version” to edit, and then re-publish to overwrite the original version. Just a warning, if your race has subraces, when you create a new version the subraces won’t get copied to the new version and will have to be recreated.
FYI- Next time, if the person is in a DDB campaign with you, you can copy the URL from an unpublished homebrew and send it to them and they will be able to see it.
Thank you! How do I make sure my campaign is a DDB campaign?
Go to collections in the menu at the top of this page, tap “my campaigns” and start a campaign. Then invite your players (or in this case your fried) to the campaign using the invite link.

OMG thank you sooo much! I have been trying to find how to share with someone in my campaign but not public everywhere!
