Hi I have a level 6 Dhampir Druid and I'm suppose to have the following:
3 cantrips able to be prepared, 4 Level 1 spells, 3 Level 2 spells, and 3 level 3 spells and for some reason its not letting me have the 3rd 2nd level spell? I know a friend who had a similar issue and I'm not sure how to fix.
I'm seeing all the correct spell slots on your sheet:
Four level 1 slots
Three level 2 slots
Three level 3 slots
Now, in your post title you say:
Spell Slot Inaccurate
But in your post body you talk about preparing spells
cantrips able to be prepared, 4 Level 1 spells, 3 Level 2 spells, and 3 level 3 spells
Spell slots and how many spells you can prepare aren't the same. A druid can prepare a number of spells equal to their druid level (6) plus their wisdom modifier (3) for a total of 9 spells. If you're confusing spell slots and spells prepared and are trying to prepare 4 + 3 + 3, this would explain why you think you're coming up one short.
yes my apologies im fairly new to DND but the amount of prepared spells is inaccurate, i have 3 cantrips, 4 level 1, 2 level 2 when its supposed to be 3, and 3 level 3 but for some reason its not letting me prepare another spell even though i have the slots. my friend had the similar issue.

You're not understanding how prepared spells work. You're a 6th level druid with a WIS modifier of +3. That means you can prepare 9 spells. The spells you prepare can be any level which you have spell slots for so you could literally prepare 9 level 3 spells if you wanted to.
You do not have to prepare 4 level 1 spells, 3 level 2 spells, and 3 level 3 spells because that is 10 spells and based on your druid level + WIS modifier, you can only prepare 9. I know I'm echoing what Davyd said because that is the correct answer to your question.
what would the equivalent for a half elf shadow sorcerer be? so i can let my friend know and it helps her fix hers thank you again for helping me out
Sorcerer learn their spells in a completely different way. Druids can pick their level+WIS druid spells every single day and get to pick from any druid spell they have a level for, whereas sorcerers can learn a number of spells as listed in The Sorcerer Table under SPELLS KNOWN. Those are the spells they know every day and for the most part cannot change them. They can swap 1 out at every level up.

You need to go back and re-read https://www.dndbeyond.com/classes/druid#ClassFeatures and pay really close attention to the Spellcasting section.
