I have a bit of a strange issue that I can not fix. I have reached out to support but apart from we can't help you do this and that, which I did but nothing is working.
I can't insert an image but this is what it says in my sub:
You canceled your subscription on 31/03/2023. Your current plan is active until 20/04/2023.
To manage your subscription, reactivate it first.
Now when I try and reactivate it I get an error saying, can't do this at this time. Support says there is an error with it and I have to reactivate it to fix it, which I can't do.
I have cleared my web cookies, tried a number of browsers, and tried it on 2 PCs and a phone and I am still unable to find any fix for this issue.
I’ve had the same problem and have been ignored for slightly over 2 weeks now.
I know I shouldn’t be surprised, but I thought I could at least count on WOTC wanting to take my money. I guess I can’t even depend on them for that anymore
Same problem. I was able to renew through mobile for 1 month, but now I can update my sub from the mobile store only, and this is very troublesome. It’s incredible that it happens with a company that fights to have their subscribers back. Just wow.
The main Master subscription to three of my D&D campaigns isn't able to renew and I have to run games without access to content we are using in the game. Spells, classes, subclasses, races, etc. are all no longer available. I have to run a session tonight with almost no content available for me to look up because it was all tied to the Master subscription.
If you want to go to a digital format and have people use it, you should darn well support that digital format and fix issues like this.

yeah, one would think, that the feature that actually makes them money, would be working correctly...
Mine randomly worked last night. The last reply I added to my ticket was a request that WotC remove my subscription from my account. I didn't get a reply from them about that but it was removed at some point.
+1 here having the same issue, I use a lot of homebrew stuff in my campaign and a few sources so as DM I have to have the master tier sub working. Been unable to renew now for 11 days. The last response I had from support was on the 24/04 saying to clear my cache (even after i'd told them i'd tried in 4 different browsers). Also tried the trick of subbing through the app, but again it took payment but didn't activate the sub so had to get a refund.
Totally out of ideas now, it's almost as if WotC doesn't want our money, and with the complete lack of support response i'm now questioning whether I want to give them any more anyway!

Hi there,

If anyone has a fix please let me know.
many thanks in advance.
I have the same problem.
Seems like they don't want our money anymore, after their OGL debacle.
well okay, then i search for an alternative.
Having the exact same problem and support has been just as "helpful".
Another +1 for this. I didn't clear cache/cookies, just logged out then back in again and it didn't help.
The only was around it I found was to sub though the app on my phone.
Still not a complete fix, but it worked. Just annoying That i had to do it that way.
not working for me.
in the app i click on a character and then i get the message, that i have to delete characters (unlock some) or subscribe.
i click subscribe and it directs me to the subscribe page just like in the browser.
I tried this and was charged but didn't receive any of the actual subscription benefits and had to submit a refund request to Google.
+1 to this issue. Been almost a week now and I can't share my purchases to my campaigns which is mildly annoying.
How many subs are affected that we are unaware of? One way to lose more customers. I hope you all can get things sorted
Yeah it's kinda funny. As if WotC is really trying to lose customers lately.
two days after the last support message answered, nothing happened.
so the support isn't doing anything about this problem, i guess.
not even a "we located the problem and are working on a solution" kinda answer.
it just gets ignored or you get gaslight that you just have to cancel you subscription... which is exactly what isn't possible.
stellar support...

lol the support just answered, that they fixed that bug... but it is still the same for me...
good lord...
Same. I tried but it still doesn't work. Still getting a 500 error when it issues a PATCH to https://api.dndbeyond.com/store/subscriptions/reactivate

Same issue! Tried through mobile and desktop, no go. Submitted a ticket 8 days ago.
