While under a master subscription I purchased several things including the whole Rime of the Frostmaiden book, the Descent into Avernus compendium content and several other single items such as subclasses and races.
The subscription failed to renew in early January (I think because the card attached to it had expired).
Seemingly when the subscription terminated a whole bunch of my content was locked away from me (including RotF and the DiA compendium) as if it has never been purchased. When I try to view the content I just get the appropriate "Buy this book" page.
Realising that my subscription had lapsed I renewed it (not that that should break my purchased content) and it is still broken.
Obviously I'm pretty annoyed that half my splat books have dissapeared. I purcahsed them and I'm essentially left tens to hundreds of dollars out of pocket. The thing that makes it even worse is that as I've purchased a combination of whole books, compendium packs and single item transactions I have no way of knowing just how much of my rightfully purchased content has been stripped from my account. Furthermore, the only way I can seem to get any kind of support is to post on a public forum.
So yeah, I've been stripped of multiple books worth of content and I have no way of knowing how much of my content has been removed to even ask for it to be reinstated or to be reimbursed. To be honest the whole affair has left a pretty bad taste in the mouth.
I recommend contacting Customer Support by raising a ticket with them if you feel there are any issues with purchases - they have the correct tools to fully investigate. This link is also accessible from the "Contact Us" link at the foot of every page.
Master Tier content sharing
Whilst you had a current Master Tier subscription, you will have been able to activate content sharing on up to 5 campaigns that you are part of.
If anyone in these campaigns owns sourcebooks on D&D Beyond, you will have had access to them via that and have been able to read them.
My guess is that you inadvertently have two accounts here. That’s the most common reason for missing content. Support can definitely help you with that. They have been a bit backed up, so pit helps to be patient. It also helps if you don’t make repeated support requests, as that is part of why they are behind.
Here is the order of events.

Open to any suggestions.

Awesome, thanks for the help. I've got a ticket logged.
Two account might be the issue
