Hi all. I was trying to search for all of the monsters with “Psionic Spellcasting” and when I ran a search for monsters with the Psionic tag, the only one popped up was the Adult Sapphire Dragon.
Most of the creatures with the Mind Flayer tag are Psionic. (Including the two Gnomes neither of which even have the Mind Flayer tag.)
The three Quori all have Psionic Spellcasting, and the Inspired.
Those are the ones I know of at least. There’s pro’ly more, but it’s a start.

D&D Beyond FoundersYup, unfortunately tags aren't in a great place currently - they've been applied inconsistently over the years.
We're aware and have been talking recently about the best approach to clean things up and make them more useful.
