Just like the question says, you don't have the option in the character creator on this site to create an artificer. Is it something you can do if you subscribe? Is there some other way to do it on here or do you simply need to create one another way?
The Artificer is not included in the basic classes that are free on DND Beyond as it was a class that was added later. In order to unlock the Artificer, you will need to either purchase the books, Eberron - Rising from the Last War or Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. I recommend the latter as it will include the newest Armorer sub-class.
You also don't have to buy the whole book, you can buy just the subclass you want from Tasha's, for $1.99, and that unlocks the basic class. It'll also count against the cost of Tasha's if you want to buy the whole thing later (the Optional Class Features portion of the book, which is relevant to the other classes, not the artificer, is only unlocked in the character builder if you buy the whole book, you can't buy it piecemeal).

I have the book Tasha's Cauldron of Everything but when I go to the character creator select your class sections the Artificer class doesn't pop up. What should I do about that?

On Home tab of the builder enable the Eberron content toggle.
Although available through TCoE book, it was first published in the Eberron book so is considered Eberron content for the content toggles.

Why do they just make artificer free? It would be so much easier for playing as it in my campaign.
Same reason they don't make everything free: to profit and continue being in business and keep D&D alive.
You already get more free content for this TTRPG than any other TTRPG in the world. Perhaps you should be grateful instead of being a choosy beggar?

The classes that are available to play for free are that way because they, including a subclass for each, were published in a document called the “SRD,” which grants legal free use of those rules contained within to anyone and everyone everywhere. Anyone who wants to can simply go to the following url and download a free copy of everything anyone really needs to get into D&D, and what’s more is the SRD grants legal use of the material contained within for us to create and publish our own stuff for 5e as well. The other major* free document WotC published is the “Basic Rules,” which is similar only it has fewer of the classes, but more backgrounds and some other stuff, and it does not grant legal rights to its contents for people to use making their own content for publication. This website received legal authorization to combine the contents of both documents, which they simply offer as the Basic Rules: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/basic-rules).
The artificer and its subclasses had not yet been created for this edition when either of those documents were published, and WotC has not seen fit to add it to any of their subsequent updates to those documents. That’s why it’s not free.
*There is one other minor free document called the “Elemental Evil Player’s Companion,” and it’s contents are available for free on this website as well.
I have a physical copy of the book (Bought before I started actively using DnDBeyond). Is there a way to put it on here? I don't want to spend another thirty dollars (CAD) just to have the option of actually putting my character that I'm using in my live game on here (My DM had misplaced my character sheet a couple of times, I want a copy I can pull up at any time)...
Is Eberron - Rising from the Last War the same thing as Wayfinder's guide to Eberron
No, those are two different books. Eberron: Rising from the Last War is a larger and more complete sourcebook that was published in both physical and digital format. Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron is essentially a digital-only subset of it and probably not worth bothering with at this point.

I don't have the book TCoE but someone in my campaign has it and shares it with the campaign.
I'm still not able to select the Artificer class (Eberron Content is enabled).
Do I have to own the book (or only the subclass) by myself?
Are you making the character in the campaign?

How do you only get the subclass? The link only has the ability to buy the entire book for $30.
The discontinued the ability to buy portions of books near the end of April.

I own TCoE but the Artificer class is not showing as a playable class and I have all sources and partnered content enabled, how can I fix this?
How do you buy just the subclass?

Does a monthly membership allow the addition of the Artificer and/or additional Rogue subclasses? If it adds Artificer, are all subclasses available?
