I really like that idea of having another instrument back you up in the band. I'll have to read that spell description again to see how long it lasts. A floating snare or tom drum playing itself would be quite a thing in my act. Of course I think I'd prefer either a bass or rhythm guitar. Would the performance of the drum depend on MY proficiency? I guess it would.
When it comes to providing backup music, I just rely on Minor Illusion. It actually calls out Beating of Drums specifically as an effect the spell can replicate. But honestly having it produce the entire effects of a full band is perfectly within the realm of the spell's ability. Although I do have to admit it doesn't have quite the "cool factor" of having an invisible band. Keep in mind that Unseen Servant isn't a concentration spell and isn't one of those spells where casting it again causes your previous cast to disappear. It's also a ritual spell and has an hour duration, so without consuming any spell slots you can spend a half hour summoning 3 bandmates, and you can perform with them for an hour (although after half an hour every ten minutes one of them will vanish until you're just up there playing on your own).
Enthrall is a wonderful spell if you can get a jump on people. I have seen a bard just initiate combat with this spell and lock down a room of combatants allowing his friends to wipe them out one by one...
I think you mean Hypnotic Pattern. Enthrall is for making the Bard into a really good distraction so that allies can hide/sneak, but it doesn't "lock down" enemies.
Spreadsheet I made for my Lore Bard during a mega-dungeon campaign I was in before everyone died (except of course for my Bard who talked his way out of it). Been playing a Div Wizard through Dragonheist etc and will be playing an Abj Dwarf Ward Wiz in our upcoming Eberron campaign. Hopefully, this helps out a bit.

Personally I find Suggestion a great spell, though the one I use most is Bane. It has saved our hides plenty of times so far that it's my basic goto concentration whenever there are 1-5 bad guys as it takes most weak enemies out (as threats) and gives a lovely malus to the BBEG.
I know some people like FF instead, but from my experience it has two weak aspects, the first being an area effect which sometimes targets friendlies as well, and the second being that it targets Dex which is a much more likely save than wis, int or cha.
Enemies abound is a wonderful spell if your DM brings a small number of enemies and can wreck havoc with someone trying to protect their spell casters with one or two 'bodyguards' and the last one I'll mention is heat metal. While I've only had the chance to use it twice so far in a long campaign, it was so awesome that our DM makes an effort not to bring heavy armored opponents... (hence the low usage of the spell)
Bards have some of the best low-level spells in the game; Charm Person (not really a combat spell), Tasha’s Hideous Laughter, Heat Metal, Faerie Fire, Suggestion, Hypnotic Pattern, Invisibility, Zone of Truth
Magical Secrets gives you Pass w/o Trace, Aura of Vitality,

Unseen servant is very useful for a bard.
It's not described in the PHB, but you can easily give the servant a drum and order him to play it. Or any instrument you may need for a base.

Thank you for this spreadsheet!
Yes, it is quite a lovely thing to do.

“Command” and “Color Spray” just got added with “Tasha’s Cauldron”; and I couldn’t be happier.
Those are MADE for either Eloquence Bards or Glamour Bards.
