If I were to make a changeling druid, could I use wildshape and in wildshape form use shapechange? If so, what would be the limits of that? I could wildshape to an eagle and shapechange can I look like a different animal with the original animals stats or would I just look a different eagle?
Wild Shape states that the new form must be physically capable of racial trait in order for you to use that trait in your new form. I would say it's DM discretion as to whether a wild shaped changeling can still use the Change Appearance feature. If you can, then here are some ideas.
