Psi blades are actually a little on the weak side. Some advantages are that they leave no mark (potentially you can kill someone in public and blame it on a stroke). They also cannot be detected or taken away, like typical weapons. If you are in a position where you really just need to land damage, homing strikes can almost guarantee a hit. But I feel like using a psi die every time you use a blade is a hard punish. If you want to fix psi blades, just have them scale with the psi die. At levels 5, 11, and 17, the die becomes a d8, then a d10, then a d12. If the psi blade also got buffed with this, it would make the psi blade a powerful weapon with a limited number of uses, so it isn’t broken, but definitely useful.

It's not quite an opportunity attack, but a rogue should be looking for Reaction attacks, in order to get another Sneak Attack this round.
The Haste spell is a good way for this, as is a feature like Commander's Strike.
