I noticed when making a Warlock character with the Book of Ancient Secrets invocation that there isn't a way to track in the spell tab the rituals that have been learned. Right now I'm just listing them as notes, but I would really like to see a separate panel in the spell list so that I can have them all listed and see their expanded text tabs.

encountered the same issue. a means to add rituals know would be highly desirable.

as a temporary workaround, until they add the full functionality for this invocation, user LinkZ15 had a great idea in another thread.

LinkZ15 created a custom magic item as their book of ancient secrets, and then just added the spells to the item as they learned new ones.

this gives you an item in your inventory, that when expanded, lists all of the spells. and each of these can also be expanded for more details as well.

Devs are aware of this issue. It takes a bit more of time to implement, but it should be done fairly soon.

Another alternative that I used is just to list the rituals in the book under "Possessions."  That doesn't give you the spell description, of course, but I always have a separate tab open for spells anyway, where I look up the description of any spell that might be important during the game.  It's not ideal, but it will work until they fix this issue.

Wondering about an update on this, as it's approaching a year later and seems Book of Ancient Secrets does not allow you to add the additional spells?

Book of Ancients Secrets is an oddball because it allows you to add additional spells, but only as Rituals (not as normal spellcasting).

This problem will be addressed in the character sheet revamp.

During the Dev stream Badeye implied that this was on the short list of things that are to be fixed shortly after the Character sheet update. As far as I know, there is no current eta. Soonish?
