I've always been a person to have physical stuff rather than digital, plus I only use DnD Beyond for 1 friend Campaign and to recently keep neater notes for Character sheets (after a year my character sheets are wrecked). But I noticed I don't have all the feats I need for my friend's new campaign. So I was wondering if I buy the newest Players Handbook at an LGS or Amazon, will it by chance have a key code for the digital version here?

No. D&D Beyond isn't Wizards of the Coast (publishers) and are not the LGS. So they gain no benefit from your purchase of the book elsewhere.
If you want to use the stuff on here, you will need to buy it on here.

But if all you want are access to the feats, you can just grab those as an à la carte option. Either as individual feats, or the whole batch of feats which is cheaper overall depending on how many feats you want. You could even grab feats (or spells, whatever) from any of the books on DDB, make yourself up your own custom little package. And it’ll count as credit towards a future purchase if you decide to just get the whole PHB or any of those other books here.
