Given your relationship with the Critical Role folks, I hope you're making an effort to incorporate the Tal’Dorei Campaign Setting Reborn materials into D&D Beyond when it is released late this year or early next year. I hope others will agree with my desire to see this specific material incorporated into your tool.

I would not get your hopes up. Beyond only deals with stuff made by Wizards.
While Beyond sponsors Critical Role and have some liberties on some minor things, they are also bound to Wizards of the Coast on a very tight leash. From what I can tell, it seems like Beyond is not allowed to incorporate third party businesses and brands into the website. When they partnered with Riot Games and made some stuff for Legends of Runeterra, they had to take it down.
I hope they'll let it happen. After all, they have 2 people who are major authors for EGtW also working on taldorei reborn. That's the only reason I'm hopeful.
I do not think Wizards cares that the new book has the same authors that Wizards themselves employ. The new book is not published by Wizards, and that is what matters at the end of the day, and Wizards does not want Beyond to deviate from that and incorporate whatever material Beyond wants.
Given they can't even get the first Tal'dorei Campaign Setting on here, it seems unlikely they'll get the Reborn one. The extra party of the publisher, on top of WotC, D&D Beyond and Critical Role, means it's a lot more difficult to get set up than it was for EGtW as that was published through WotC.
I would love it. But yeah, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

well, except for the other critical role stuff on here and there was runettera. but yeah, don't get your hopes up.
Some of that Crit Role stuff was published by WotC, the rest was not officially published other places which is why it can be here. DDB sponsors CR, so they had to allow whatever they use on the show as at least Homebrew.
And you say how fast WotC made them pull down Runtara.
The reprint is published by Critical Role's own press, which is the only reason it might be allowed, but I don't think it moves the needle that much. I'd be pleasantly surprised if it does get published here, I think the fact that it wouldn't be free will overrule the fact that it's CR. Maybe if we're lucky we'll find a few new creation options that work in the homebrew tools, but that's about it.
I know nothing about what DnD Beyond can and can't touch, but I do know that The CR crew couldn't give them the rights because the original book was owned by Green Ronin. Similar to how Kobold Press is owned by a larger company so DnD Beyond can't really land the deal with them.

Actually, Matt Mercer retained copyright for the contents of the original Taldorei guide. Green Ronin had a limited time license to print it. (That’s why it went out of print)
It's iffy both ways. It is being published by Darlington Press as well as a deluxe boxed set by Beadle & Grimm, however reading all the caveats on B&G's site they say is is officially licensed by WotC, so.....? As Beadle & Grimm appear to exclusively carry WotC products is would make sense that WotC has accepted it into their fold and will make it to DDB.
I"m not seeing that phrase on their site. What I'm seeing is "Check out some of our past work (all titles property of Wizards of the Coast)" and then at the bottom of that page you linked copyright statements that mention CR LLC and WotC separately. The WotC pages have the D&D Logo, Taldorei Reborn does not, because it's not published by Wizards. This is the first non-WotC thing B&G are producing stuff for, is my read.
I run a campaign set in Exandria and would dearly love to have this book on DDB. Given the tight relationship between DDB, WotC, and CR I think there is at least a chance that we will get it. If not, I will still buy it, but it will be much harder to incorporate content such as monsters, spells, and magic items.
Edit: Also, I note that Wizkids is putting out a ton of Tal'Dorei monsters and NPC miniatures to go along with this release. It feels like it is getting pretty integrated into the D&D fold.

Wizkids will produce anything with a license. D&D, Pathfinder, Heroclix, etc.
Critical Role gets talked about having this huge partnership with D&D Beyond, and they definitely have one, but a lot(all of?) of the stuff from Campaign 2 was never released by their teams as public homebrew, it was sold as part of campaign guides, or on DMs Guild. Even when the Runeterra stuff happened and D&D Beyond had to publicly walk back the offering of content, which was the first(and really last) instance of any sort of cross promotion this site has really done.
I would love the offering of more content, but I don't see it happening.

You can use Gunslinger and Blood Hunter, (Matt owns on DMs Guild) and Cobalt Soul Monk (from old Tal'dorei book) and Fjord's paladin vow all on DnD Beyond right now free of charge.

It should be noted that the Way of the Cobalt Soul is not the version offered in the original Tal'Dorei campaign guide. It's a heavily revised version that Matt actually made freely available.
The Blood Hunter class, as well as the Gunslinger, Way of the Cobalt Soul and Oath of the Open Sea subclasses, are all offered as free homebrew and not as third party products.
On character creation there is a button that toggles to allow use of Critical Role content, including non-WotC content. I just tested it and, sure enough, I was able to roll up a Blood Hunter, which is not in the WotC EGtW. I would LOVE (and happily pay for) this entire new sourcebook to be available in the same way, and it seems there is precedent for it, at least on a smaller scale.
I don't think it is as far-fetched as some folks do. CR are probably the biggest ambassadors for both D&D and DDB, with DDB being completely and very prominently integrated into the show. I actually think it is quite likely that some or all of this content will be available to us.

I believe that is because the Blood Hunter and a few other options are not published by third parties, so no else can claim their publishing right. Matt Mercer, Beyond, and Wizards also have a good three-way rapport with each other and Wizards allowed Beyond to feature the Blood Hunter more prominently. The Blood Hunter is essentially just a glorified homebrew.
TDCSR on the other hand is published product, but it is not a Wizards product, so they are not going to allow it on Beyond.

It's important to note that the free critical role offerings in D&D Beyond (Blood Hunter class, and Gunslinger, Oath if the Open Sea, and Way of the Cobalt Soul subclasses) are homebrew that are made available for free (without requiring a subscription). This is possible under the homebrew guidelines where you can make your own creations available.
They are not third party products in the vein of the Tal'Dorei Campaign Guide
That's a bummer. Still, keeping my fingers crossed.
Also wondering how they will navigate that on CR if their next big campaign is set in Tal'Dorei and they can't use the material on DDB. I suppose Matt Mercer could convert the things he needs into homebrew content and get them in that way, though it would be quite a lot of work for a whole campaign.
That said, I'm hoping their next campaign is set in Marquette or a part of Exandria that we haven't seen yet.
