I'm really interested in this site but are there any plans to at least integrate this with a Virtual table top? My old friends all live far away and I'd love to get back in touch this way but I don't want to have to buy a book on here and on one of their sites. I guess roll 20 doesn't have as much rules integration so it wouldn't be such a big deal there. 

There is a chrome extension called beyond20 that integrates DDB with Roll20 (not sure how well, I dont use it).

A VTT is planned, but it is a long term plan probably over a year away.

Oh. That's good to know. I thought they weren't planning on doing one.

It works with both Roll20 and Foundry VTT. My group uses it with Roll20.

In my D&D group, those of us that DM find it indispensible, since you no longer have to copy over the monster stats into Roll20 and can just click their actions in D&D Beyond instead.
