Is there a known problem with the Stout Halfling in the online character builder? According to the Halfling Race Details page for the Stout Halfling sub-race - they should have a CON bonus of +1
However when I use the character builder it automatically gives a +2 to DEX but does not reference the CON bonus at all.
If you're referring to the racial details, the constitution bonus is listed separate from the dexterity bonus because the constitution bonus is provided by the subrace, whereas the dexterity bonus is provided by the race.

When I was playing with the builder some more i saw that exact detail that I had missed before.
I hope they make the racial features of variant and subraces more clear. I've seen a few new users get confused by it.
