I responded to your earlier post, asking some questions in order to further help you, but have not seen a supply from you. Here they are again;
-Are you working on a computer, a tablet, or a phone?
-What browser are you using?
Are you saying here that you cannot log in at all? (That seems unlikely since you can post here) Or are you saying that when you log in, you aren’t able to edit characters?
If you can log in and see your characters, would you please post a screenshot of an effected character sheet?
Unfortunately, that’s not a screen shot, so I can’t see what you are seeing. However, since I know you are working on a computer, I can ask more questions.
-Is there an anvil icon to the right of the long rest button (upper right, above HP). If so, that’s your edit button. What happens when you click on it?
-When you click on the character’s name (upper left), what options do you see? Edit character should be the first thing on the list.
-Are you using an Chrome extensions, either for DDB or for other purposes? If so, try disabling them. Does that help?
If you want to try a screen shot again, you need to have the computer take a picture of the screen (I work on a Mac and use the Grab app to do so. Windows comes with a similar app whose name I’ve forgotten.), then you need to upload it to an image hosting site like imgur and post the link here.

I can no longer log in and find the edit button
this seems to be linked to the fact I cannot see any edit buttons on any characters whether mine or someone else's in the same campaign
I have checked repeatedly any advice would be good!!

There are no options on the characters name I don't even get anything other than view

Is this your character or a character in a campaign you are in? If the latter, are you the DM?
If it is your character, have you tried using a different browser? (Although I don’t have any problem with Chrome)

It is my character some one else is our DM

If you login with the account that owns the character, you will be able to fully access it. :)
