I have a player who wants to be a lizardfolk bard college of whispers, I can't find this content anywhere to share with her so she can create this character.  I subscribed to gain access and it seems like I haven;t gained any perks.  Please help!

Here is what each subscription grants:

Hero Tier

• Create unlimited characters
• Add publicly shared homebrew content
• Early access to new tools

Master Tier

• Create unlimited characters
• Add publicly shared homebrew content
• Early access to new tools
• Create unlimited encounters

• Share purchased content with up to 12 accounts in up to 5 campaigns (total of 60 accounts)

Neither tier gives access to purchasable content, and a subscription isn't needed to access your purchased content

You share content with other individuals in your campaigns.  Here is how to do that:

1. Create a new campaign by going to Collections > My Campaigns > Create a Campaign. 

2. Once you create a campaign, there is a button that says "Enable Content Sharing"--clicking that button will allow other individuals in that campaign to utilize your content. 

3. Use the link on the campaign page to invite the player to your campaign.  She can now create a character in the campaign utilizing any content you have unlocked. 

College of Whispers is found in Xanathar's Guide to Everything, and so can be owned through purchasing that book or buying it piecemeal for $1.99.

Lizardfolk as a playable race is introduced in the Elemental Evil Player's Companion, which was IIRC a free product issued with Princes of the Apocalypes.  I'm actually not sure how you unlock that one or that species.  I thought they were free since they came from a free product, but I may be mistaken.  Anyone?  EDIT (thanks 'Sposta) So Lizardfolk pops up in first in Volo's Guide to Monsters, like the Bard class, it can be owned as part of the whole book or can be individually bought for $1.99

Basically, content like classes, spells, monsters etc., the stuff you find in the books are purchases.  The subscription enhances you're ability to use those purchases either by upping the number of characters you can build (hero tier) or make your and your players content sharable.

[Not asked but an important point, any piecemeal purchase you make, say a class or a race, reduces your price for the book if you eventually opt to buy the whole thing.  Also classes in a book are often bundled into a better deal than just one class, same with spells, items, monsters ,etc.]

Once you or a player owns this content, and you're all in a campaign owned by Master Tier subscriber, this and any other puchased content owned by group members can be shared.

Lizardfolk first came out in Volo’s. The free races from the EEPC are the Goliaths, Aaracokra, Deep Gnomes, and all four Genasi.
