The publishing rights for that are owned by Green Ronin.
That doesn't mean that it won't happen at some point in the future, but it's not as easy and simple as the other Critical Role content that is owned by Matt Mercer.
That makes complete sense, it seems like something D&D Beyond would want though with as many critters are now using the product. They turned me on to it and now I have the legendary bundle, lol.

If the content isn't on here yet, why am I not allowed to publish the Way of the Cobalt Soul? I made it because I couldn't find it on here, even in the homebrew content, and I found that it can't be published because "Way of the Cobalt Soul is currently too similar to Way of the Cobalt Soul to share with the community." The link connects to a 404 error on this website.

As the rights to Way of the Cobalt Soul belong to a third party, it cannot be submitted except by the original author. You are welcome to use it privately.

I know this is something that comes up periodically, but I too just want to mention that I'm hoping Curse will be able to work with other 3rd parties to host the variety of tomes available, including those from Green Ronin, Kobold Press, and others, in the near future. And I would hope WotC wouldn't get in the way of that.
Is it possible to add the The lingering soul class made by matt mercer? You can home brew everything else except a class. And i would like my players upon death to have the option to play this class if the like.
I thought it would have been available after enabling critical role content likethe blood hunter.
Also is gunslinger meant to be available in the class section? i have seen posts of people that have it. But I do not. I have bought the legendary bundle. is it somewhere else or was it removed?
D&D Beyond has a great partnership with Matt Mercer and Critical Role, will you ever host the Tal'Dorei campaign setting as content that can be used?

The gunslinger is a fighter subclass. You can select it if you are a level 3 fighter and have CR content enabled on the character.
