For simplicity's sake, I would like to add a custom sharpshooter version of a bow attack with the modifiers to attack and damage already calculated in. I figured out how to add the 10 damage, but there doesn't seem to be a way to add a -5 to the attack calculation. Is there a way to do this that I haven't found?
When customising just put -5 into the "hit bonus" box.

If I do that then I don't have a sharpshooter and nonsharpshooter version in my actions section. I can only have one or the other. For some reason the "custom actions" section has a different group of fields that you can modify, and it's missing the "hit bonus" one.
Will not work for me, no matter what I do, the numbers I set in the fields reset upon completion almost every time.
I even tried deleting the weapon off my sheet and re-adding it and customizing it there, but as soon as I rename the item the numbers rest to standard and won't customize.
This is driving me nuts!
I just want to add two custom actions of sharpshot longbow and sling actions with the penalty to hit and the bonus to damage added in already.
Turned out the issue is which version of the character sheet you are looking at, and this can only bee seen by examining the URL, which is highly unintuitive. the public facing version of the character sheet is unalterable in any way, but if you go to your profile and then open the sheet, you are taken to the player facing non-public and now alterable version of the sheet, which looks and mostly behaves 99% the same as the public one.. except now you can edit things.
Also, the overide boxes are flaky, using the little arrows to change a number fails, but clicking into the boxes and specifically typing in the new overides works.
I changed the to hit bonus to -5 and the damage bonus to +10 and renamed the attack "Longbow Sharpshot", then did the same for a second weapon version of my sling.
Final successful result is here, I'm hoping these posts help others figure out the problem.
This workaround does indeed work for the normal attack, but I cannot find a solution for creating a Polearm Master bonus attack with the Greater Weapon Master -5/+10. I can change the existing bonus attack, but then there is no way the have the PAM bonus attack without GWM.

Add a second bow. Set its weight to 0, rename it sharpshooter, add hit and damage modifiers.
Alright; I’ll do this. Feels so clunky though. I was hoping that I had missed a more elegant solution.
That works, thank you DxJxC

That is a bummer Rune! Here is what I did, maybe it will help or maybe it will help someone else. At level four here were my settings

Thanks again for the help!

Does anyone have any other options?
Just make a custom action with the right stats.

That doesn't work due the changed attack and damage modifier. There is no field to set/change these in a custom action
Create a homebrewed feat with the action and add it directly to the character sheet.
