How come not all the Primal Paths are available in D&D Beyond's character builder? I specifically have Xanathar's Guide to everything, but I cant access the Primal Paths in the character builder. This seems like a flaw? Am I missing something?
If you own Xanathar's Guide to Everything on D&D Beyond, you should have access to the one primal path from the Basic Rules (Path of the Berserker), plus the three from Xanathar's (Path of the Ancestral Guardian, Path of the Storm Herald, Path of the Zealot)
Your character will need to be the correct level (3) to be able to select a primal path.
What do you see in your primal paths option when you go to make your selection?
The one thing that I can think of is maybe you entitlements are out of sync? Go here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace and if there's a message saying your entitlements aren't in sync, hit the button to sync them. Then give it a few minutes for things to update.

I can choose between, Battlerager, Totem Warrior and Berserker.
Maybe the Xanathars guide to everything is only shared with me. Can that be the reason?
That could be the reason, in which case you will only be able to select those subclasses specifically in the campaign in which that content is shared.
