In April 2019 WotC released a UA article about variations to the class features in the PHB.
That UA made a number of subtle changes to the class features for every class in the PHB.
Has this ever been incorporated into DDB? I have almost all of the other UA classes and races showing up in DDB but none of the options for this specific UA.
It's being worked on. There had to be a huge backend overhaul to make things like Spells of the Mark, Supernatural Gifts, and CFV to work, and it will be finished sometime soon (It's on the roadmap listed for this quarter, so either this month or next month hopefully)

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
Yeah, I've been curious about this too, since the usual policy is that if WotC doesn't continue supporting UA material, then it gets dropped from DDB after a certain period of time (want to say one year, but could easily be mistaken).
Is there any chance that during the next DDB update, we could get an actual percentage on where the implementation of this UA material stands? Or at least something that's not as vague as "it's being worked on."
I feel a lot of folks are of a similar mindset to the OP, in that by the time the DDB team has the coding done, the UA Class Features would be scheduled for retirement as unsupported content. The DM of the group I'm in is pretty much on board with these changes, but we'd like to have these available in DDB, especially the expanded spell lists (which I'm guessing is one of the bigger hold-ups on rolling this out).
DDB has been working hard on recoding almost their entire system to support Class Feature Variants for 11 months. That must have cost DDB a small fortune in labor hours. There is no way they would have done that unless WotC was planning on moving forward with them in some capacity. They may not be the exact same as in the UA, things might change, but the probability of WotC dropping it entirely is very low.

I'm hoping that's the case, especially given the work hours already spent by the DDB team.

I’m fairly certain that DDB would not have invested so heavily in this without first going to WotC and saying “We’re not gonna go through all of that unless you tell us that this is definitely gonna be a thing.” As a rule, DDB invests the absolute bare minimum in implementing UA content unless/until it becomes official. They have been working on this for 11 months, and another 10 months befor that to lay down the groundwork for changes of this magnitude. That’s almost 2 years development time. At a bare minimum of $30k/year salary (very conservative estimate) times around 5 Developers (also a conservative estimate) that means they have probably spent somewhere in the (very conservative) neighborhood of $300,000 to make this go, possibly closer to half a million dollars.
I had no idea this was such a long running issue. I started playing D&D again a month ago after a 30 year gap. I built my character in DDB because I could, and I ended up with an Aasimar Cleric of the Twilight Domain - not realising what UA meant, just choosing from the available menu options on DBB. I now like a couple of the features and expanded spell lists on the variant class list
I'm not sure if anyone knows anything, but I just checked on their feature roadmap and realized that class feature variants were nowhere on any of the sections. Not in full release, beta, alpha, this quarter, or next quarter.

That’s because the UA versions are never gonna happen at this point since the official versions will be published next month and we’ll have to purchase it from Tasha’s to use it.

The systems needed for this are indeed being actively worked on. 😊

Now all I have to do is persuade my DM to drop his "If its not on DDB then you can't have it" stance...
