If it exists then by all means show me, but if not, please add this to the website. The off-white is better than blinding pure white, but I'd still prefer a proper night mode.
After I had a minor stroke a couple years back, I have grown more sensitive to bright light. A Night Mode for both the iPad and Android apps would be a godsend.

Watch your back, conserve your ammo, and NEVER cut a deal with a dragon!
As mentioned above, the Dark Reader extension for chrome is a nice alternative, however, it is not exactly 100% accurate, using it on Beyond causes some pages to be half white / half dark (at least for me). A proper night mode would be very much appreciated indeed!
Sorry to bump this topic, but I also need to throw my two cents in. I have very bad eyesight and as I get older, it's only getting worse, to the point now where white backgrounds are extremely distracting and cause me headaches and considerable eye strain. I downloaded Dark Reader for Chrome a month or so ago, but after only one day on DnDBeyond, some kind of conflict between Dark Reader and the website caused my display drivers to restart, and now DnDBeyond is the only website that Dark Reader doesn't work on.
Please consider adding this option. From a forum search, it seems like this has been an ongoing request for months, if not years.

My name is Amy. My hobbies include D&D, streaming videogames, and huffing cat bellies. Ask me about huffing cat bellies.
These really need to be links in the main menu. Never knew the feature requests voting was a thing! Seriously, it save a lot of repetition if there was a clear easily-accessible link to these.

The brightness of the website forces me to use Dark Reader, however, I realized that using this extension here causes the website to load very slowly and use my whole bandwidth for few minutes for no particular reason. Currently, I have to choose between blinding myself or making my internet unusable while navigating dndbeyond.
I really hope that an inbuilt night mode will be added soon, to fix this problem.

As a lurker here (with frequent light sensitivity) who minimizes use of browser extensions, this would be great .

I agree. All sites should have a dark mode but you might want to take a look at the DARK READER extension. It works pretty well.

As AVacc mentioned above, if you use Google Chrome, you can use the Dark Reader extension. It works on nearly any website (including D&D Beyond).
Actually there are versions for Firefox and Safari, too :)
Yes, but I am talking about Night Mode for the iPad & Android apps.

I wouldn't use it, but I agree it should be an option.
I habitually use nightmode for everything that has it, so would very much welcome this idea, both for the app and the website itself.

Not to mention that this isn't strictly a QoL addition, this is an accessibility addition - seems like those things should be prioritized!

I use the chrome dark reader it makes the character sheet have a strange grid on it. It is nearly unreadable.
Yes please! Add nightmode...
the dark reader app isn't good enough on the character sheet...
