The Pallid Elf's racial feature Incisive Sense grants you proficiency in all Insight and Investigation checks. This correctly adds a +5 bonus to the character's passive Investigation, but does not add it for their passive Insight. See the character below:

The passive Investigation is correct. 35 = 10 + 5 (WIS) + 5 (Observant) + 5 (Incisive Sense) + 12 (Expertise)

The passive Insight is only 27 = 10 + 5 (WIS) + 12 (Expertise).

In case somebody doesn't know, per the PHB:

Here’s how to determine a character’s total for a passive check:
10 + all modifiers that normally apply to the check

If the character has advantage on the check, add 5. For disadvantage, subtract 5. The game refers to a passive check total as a score.

Last I heard - they know about this. There have been other mentions of it in the past.

For now you can click on Passive Insight in your character sheet and customise the +5 bonus you should have.

They have a modifier subtype for passive Investigation and Passive Perception but they still don’t have one for passive Insight yet so that one still has to be adjusted manually for the time being.
