The Hexblade ability to use CHA as attack/damage stat doesn't show up on the character sheet. Maybe add a feature that allows a Bladelock to designate their Pact weapon, and apply relevant modifiers?
I just wanted to point out that half a year later this basic element of one of the most popular subcalsses has still not been corrected.
Really all you need is to add an option for weapon customization that says "pact weapon". If you can incorporate lifedrinker bonus, that's great, but mostly just not having to recalculate these bonuses myself is a big reason I use DnDbeyond.
I understand it isn't simple on the back end. I appreciate hearing that it is being worked on. Is there public information about the timeline or announcement of the character sheet reconfiguration?
Hello from 6 months in the future. Is this added yet? If it is, it isn't immediately obvious to me. And with the new character sheet, I can't even figure out how to manually change the +hit/damage
edit: found it, have to view as character sheet and then go to equipment and select hexblade
Can someone help out with this? I don’t see the hexblade option, we have to make custom?
Go to Equipment.
Click Manage Equipment.
In the Add Items section add the weapon you want to summon.
Go back to your Equipment.
Activate / Equip the weapon.
Click the weapon in your inventory or attacks list.
In the side bar that opens you may choose "Pact Weapon" if this is a weapon summoned by Pact Blade feature or you can choose "Hex Weapon" for your hexblade weapon. Or both if you have both.

So i made a homebrew reflavor of the hexblade and the hex weapon does not appear on the sidebar as before (i can still choose pact weapon, but the hex weapon option has disappeared)

The option ptobably checks for a keyword. Either needs a trait named hex warrior or a subclass named the hexblade. My money is on trait named hex warrior, the same way it knows to give spell slots.

This has already been discussed. It will come in time.

Hi there,
whilst it may seem simple, it hasn't been fixed because it is not simple.
Also, the current character sheet is about to be replaced by a totally new character sheet, which fully supports Hexblade abilities.
