That's a homebrew spell. You can tell because in the sidebar it says 'Version' below the attack/save line. If it was from a book, it would say 'Source,' and list the book abbreviation and page number. You'll want to try and identify the person who made the homebrew spell (someone else in the campaign, if you can't find it in the public homebrew) and pass this on to them.
I've actually been looking around for this homebrew spell and have been struggling to find it. Can you please post a full screenshot or send a link to it. I would greatly appreciate it as I planned to use this on a Named NPC for my party.
The published homebrew spell was likely removed because it's based on licensed content: the spell by the same name from the game Bloodborne.
It's possible for you to homebrew it yourself, using the description from the screencap on the top post. Make a post in the Homebrew Forum if you get stuck while implementing it.

No, it was likely either rejected or renamed because DDB has a hate-on against any homebrews that begin with the word “a.”
The spell description says to "make a ranged spell attack" however it is listed as having a WIS save under the spells/actions section.
It is also giving the incorrect count for my character level (13). The description says it should be 7, but the spell/action entry says 2.

This is a homebrew spell, you would have to talk to whoever created it, but it's not setup correctly.
