is there a way to make it so you are able to take a certain feat multiple times?
Application (house rules). DM is allowing me to copy any scroll i find into my spell book no matter what spell school. and i fixed this with a feat but i can only add the feat to my sheet once. is there a way to fix this
What class is your character? Typically only wizards have spell books and, as Lurky said, they are not limited by school. (Or, did you mean class rather than school?). In any event, I think you could make a copy of one of the ritual caster feats--one of them that specifies a class, and make a few modifications and it should do what you need without needed to repeatedly add the new feat. I think you would need to modify it this way:
Under the spells section, delete the first two spells shown (the ones that specify level 1)
It seems to me that it should work to edit the final spell listed, and do the following:
uncheck "only ritual spells"
Set the Ability modifier to the correct ability score, if it is not already
add any classes needed to the spell class section (if you are allowed spells from more than one class)
set ritual cast type to -
leave "is infinite" checked
I thought that should do what you want, but I'm far from a homebrew expert. If someone else comes along and corrects me/suggests a different approach, they are probably right. (and if it is IamSposta, they are definitely right!).
Once you take the feat, to add a spell, you would go into "manage feats" find your feat on the list, click the little arrow/upside down caret by it, and add the spell there. I added it to a test character, and only the first spell chosen gets added to the spells section. Furthermore, they are always prepared, which there may not be a way around. So, hopefully, someone with more knowledge than I about homebrew will be by to suggest options, or, as LurkyTheHatMan suggested, you could try posting in the homebrew forum.
What you want is to make homebrew versions of the spells, you don't need to attach them to a feat. Make a homebrew spell, use the spell you want as a base, and then edit 'Available for' to include the class your character is. It should then be available for you to add to your spellbook. Note that if you don't own the spell on DDB, you'll have to make it from scratch. So if your DM is the one who actually owns all the books, they might have to do that bit. But since you're in a campaign together, as long as homebrew is still turned on in your character sheet preferences (red/right) you should be able to see the homebrew version of the spells once they create them.

Spells added via a feat can't use spell slots (for some reason). And having personally tried to make a feat just like the ritual caster feat, I can tell you that this will crash the character sheet *every time* if the spells are not ritual spells. If they have limited uses, it crashes. So it can't be done. Best bet for OP is to wait for that 'general features' system that should to my understanding let players add all sorts of stuff to their sheet without an overabundance of feats.

Instead of homebrewing one million spells, OP could just create a homebrew copy of his race or subclass. Add an 'invisible' trait or feature (one that is hidden in both the builder and on the character sheet), then add the spells to that trait/feature via the homebrew creator as he goes along.
It's messy, but not as messy as homebrewing every single spell. Plus spells added to a trait/feature in a race or subclass can be ticked off as being usable with spell slots. And since the trait/feature is hidden in the sheet, there won't be an insane amount of clutter like if you had a single feat that added 10 or more spells.
They're not getting access to literally every spell. They're getting access to whatever spells they find as scrolls.
Yes, and?
1) Find scroll. 2) Add that spell to the hidden wizard subclass feature as a learned spell. 3) Your new spell is now in your spellbook.
Sounds much better to me than 1) Find scroll. 2) Make entirely new copy of the spell. 3) Learn the spell. 4) Clutter your homebrew collection with useless copies.
An alternative is to make a homebrew background, then adding the spells to its expanded spell list as he goes along.

My solution was to make a copy of my subclass (order of scribes) and add in every spell list similar to god soul sorcerer (divine soul)

yes they can. most or once per long and if you have slots you can use the slots too. (read shadow touched)

Of course. What I meant is that you'll only get the 'Use' button (for the free once-per-long-rest use) but not the 'Cast' button (for use with spell slots). What the feat says is just text and you have to mark off a spell slot manually.
I'm not talking about rules, I'm talking about site functionality.
You sounded like you were talking about peremptorily adding every spell to the subclass, which was a larger time sink than only adding whichever spells are actually found as scrolls. That's all. But either way, multiple options to the same end are available, and knowing all of them is useful in case one is easier for a particular use case.
is there a way to make it so you are able to take a certain feat multiple times?

I know his question was answered by giving an alternate workaround, but I still have the same question just for different reasons. Is there a way to make a feat "repeatable" or is this yet another option that the devs/staff just mystically "didn't think about" when making this place? Because I'm looking and I can't seem to find it.

Copy feat. Name it differently.
This is why you see different elemental adept feats.

Yes, I am aware of how workarounds work. I wasn't asking for a workaround, I was asking if one was necessary due to the incompetence of the devs/staff/coders. That said, apparently I have my answer.

you can just add other spell lists by class. its not hard. and yes im wizard.
Of course you can. But then every spell is available for you to learn when you level up normally.
