I've created a homebrew race with three subraces and I just can't figure out how to link them. Currently, the three subraces are showing on my basic information page but on my homebrew page they are showing as separate races. On each subraces main page, I do see the parent race but I don't see how to link the two. If this is confusing, I can try to include screenshots. I know it's something I'm probably just doing wrong but this is driving me nuts!
Homebrew subraces do not nest under their parent race at the present time. The current convention is to name them “Race, Subrace” so they at least group alphabetically.
If the race and Subraces are not published then you can simply edit them.
If they have been published, you’re kinda hosed. You would have to “create new version” of the base race and then recreate each of the subraces from scratch because the ones you made are permanently attached to the old version and will not carry over. This is just one of the many, many reasons it is considered best practice to hold off on publishing your homebrews until all playtesting and editing has been completed. Remember, you do not need to publish your homebrews for you and your friends to use them as all Homebrew in your collection is automatically shared with everybody in DDB campaigns you are a part of.

Thanks for the info. Stupid question: do I have to recreate the subraces in order to do this? I don't see a place to change that after their created.
