Hello. So I have a Master Tier subscription to D&D Beyond, and I purchased the legendary bundle.
Just to clarify, I have 5 campaigns with content sharing right? And if I add one of my characters to the campaign of another person, will they have access to my legendary bundle? is there a limit to this? I'm not sure if I'm doing this right, but I added one of my characters to the campaign of one of my friends, who has a Hero Tier subscription, but she doesn't have access to my legendary bundle.
Joining a campaign is not enough to share content. Once you are part of the campaign (or, if you are the DM, have created the campaign), on the main screen for the campaign you will have the option to turn on content sharing (it will be a blue outlined button above the list of characters in the campaign).
Anyone in the campaign can activate Content Sharing, not just the person with the content, and not just the DM. So if you have a Legendary Bundle and join 100 campaigns, as long as someone in each of those campaigns has a Master Tier sub and activates sharing then you can effectively share your bundle content with every campaign.
Not true. Seems like content sharing stops around the fifth or sixth campaign.
Per account, yes, the limit is 5. However, as I said previously, if someone else in the campaign activates content sharing then your content is shared.
Hijacking this thread because it seems related: If I max out my content sharing (5 campaigns), then another Master Tier account creates five more campaigns, invites me to them, and then enables content sharing. Am I effectively sharing my content with ten campaigns?
Background: I'm an educator who advises a D&D club and own the Legendary Bundle on my personal account, I've maxed out my campaign content sharing but am considering making and purchasing a Master Tier school account in order to create more campaigns, where more content can be shared.

From what I found and my understanding is that everyone would have access to such once you share it. See link below.
