I have a level 20 Warlock, with both the Players Handbook & Wildemount Handbook purchased through D&D Beyond, yet only the starting invocations are still available.
I'm assuming that means you're missing any level-specific and pact-specific invocations with requirements you fulfill? You might try decreasing the level to 19 and then back up to 20. Sometimes that helps to "refresh" the character. If that still doesn't work, post a link to the character here and one of the higher-ups with proper access will be able to have a look!

Already here I see that you have the Lifedrinker invocation, which requires 12th-level warlock and Pact of the Blade. Was there some specific invocation you were looking for but couldn't find?
Edit: And Thirsting Blade, and Whispers of the Grave, and Visions of Distant Realms, and Master of Myriad Forms...
it’s mostly that some appear for a while and then disappear. like Visions for instance, if i were to change that invocation to another, it would disappear from the list. another example are the Hex invocations. such as Relentless Hex
The other half of the invocations aren’t in Wildmount. They’re in Xanathar’s, you’re gonna have to buy them from that book.
Edit: I forgot, there are a few in Tasha’s too, related to the Pact of the Talisman.
The reason they keep disappearing when you unselect them and then eventually coming back is because of a server caching issue, which has apparently gotten worse this past week. If you already have something the system no longer displays it as a viable option because you already have it. Because the server’s internal cache is out of wack the system is still reading the old cache which has the old Invocations list even though you removed one. So the system has to wait until the cache updates before it knows to display those again as viable options.
Yeah, I hadn't considered the Hex invocations specifically (still working on my first coffee of the day at that point), but I can't figure out why Visions of Distant Realms should be disappearing, as that's from the PHB.
As for the Hex invocations, IamSposta is correct; those are XGtE content. I'm assuming at some point you had access to those as shared content, but that you no longer do. In that case, once removed from the character, they wouldn't be allowed to be added back on until you have that content shared again.
interesting. any reason they keep appearing in my lists?
You mean on your character sheet?!? Please post a link to your character sheet so someone can look into it for you. (The actual URL, not the share link.)

Ah, so Maddening Hex, etc. are appearing/disappearing for you? In that case... Is this character being put in a campaign where there is content sharing?
If Visions of Distant Realms is disappearing, that's a different problem altogether, since you say you've purchased the PHB here.

As I already stated it is most likely due to the more ineffable than usual server caching issues of late. Either they just did a big update on the backend and haven’t worked out all the kinks yetX or they are getting ready to release an update on the front end and haven’t worked out all the kinks yet.
I have a player who wanted and tried to select Lifedrinker, but got Gift of the Depths instead. I own the campaign and all the books, which are shared, so I’m not sure what is broken here. This is one reason why we need overrides and ‘fill in the blank’ options.
EDIT: The character did have Pact of the Blade, but toggling it off and back on was necessary to make Lifedrinker show up.

Ah. Hmm... That's some interaction I've never experienced before. Although I've never played a high-level warlock!
same goes for Tomb of Levistus, Maddening Hex, etc.
