There doesn't seem to be a way to replace the spell you gain from your divine magic alignment.
For example, as a "good" alignment my character gets the cure wounds spell, but hypothetically once I reach level 4 I want to replace that with spritual weapon, however DND Beyond doesn't seem to have the capability in the UI to let me remove or change that spell, because it's not in my character's spell list anywhere except the character sheet. Is there something I'm missing in the UI?
"You learn the cure wounds spell, but it doesn’t count against your number of sorcerer spells known. If you later replace this spell, you must replace it with a spell from the cleric spell list."
ConalTheGreat is correct, there isn't currently a way to do this directly in the Character Builder. You can, however, make your own homebrew copy of the subclass and swap out the appropriate spell with the desired one (in this case, swapping cure wounds for spiritual weapon).
The only problem with this is that when you create a new subclass based off of Divine Soul, it appears you have to manually re-add ALLLLL the cleric spells to the available spell list. That part (which is pretty core to DS) doesn't carry over as a template for some reason. :(
There is a field in the Basic Information section called Additional Spell List — you can click within this field and select ‘Cleric’ to grant access to all cleric spells!
Corporate disinterest. The next edition of DND is ramping up. Why bother correcting niggling issues on a version of the platform that will be outdated within a year?
I'm starting to sound like a whiner here, because man... I appreciate the info, and it worked, but holy heck was it a mess trying to interpret what the narrator was saying/doing in that video.

This is something that is known and the team is currently working on. Don't know if there is a timeline for it though.

Oh. My. Goodness. I feel dumb. I already manually added them all as well.
Why has this not been fixed? Been like this for years now.

Still not fixed

The modified subclass is not listed in your list of homebrews.
It would be against the rules for me to publish it. That’s why I created those easy to follow instructions, so everyone could make it for themselves.

Why would that be against the rules? Thanks for the clarification.
Because I didn’t create the subclass. It’s against the rules to publish something as homebrew if you didn’t write it.

There are some audio issues, but the written instructions they referenced are linked in the video’s description I think. But just in case, here: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/171044-divine-magic-feature-divine-soul-sorcerer?comment=2).
