The clockwork Spirit is not a creature and can not be added to your extras. It is a single instantanious effect that does the three things it lists in the 18th level sorcerer ability "Clockwork Cavalcade".
Given that there is no reference to Construct Spirit in the Clockwork Soul features, I believe the OP is referring to the Clockwork Spirit from the Summon Construct spell that Clockwork Soul sorcs automatically get.
Due to the scaling nature of the Clockwork Spirit statblock and it being based on a variety of different factors including your stats and the spell's level... This is something that cannot yet be supported by D&D Beyond, which is why you cannot add it to your extras. The same is true of most scaling statblocks from the other newer Summon spells.
If you frequently cast the spell at the same level you could homebrew a monster using your stats - but it is quite tricky and not user-friendly, so if you're new to homebrewing monsters it will be very daunting. But if you did, you could homebrew that "version" of the monster and add it that way. Or just bring up the statblock, and track the HP separately in notepad or on paper or something.

I have a Clockwork Soul Sorcerer PC and I can't add Construct Spirit to my extras?
I am not sure what Construct Spirit is that you're referring to. Can you provide a link to it?
