I setup my a Char that I am currently playing in a group to this website to compare if I rolled it correctly. The only problem I am running into is that for my Human Variant Feat, I am only able to add Grappler and no other options exist. I want to choose Observant, which I don't think is off the table... and even if it was, would there really only be one choice and Grappler at that? And yes, I know I can only choose one feat, but I should have a choice of which one.
Nvm, figured out that feats fall outside of the free-available stuff which happens to be only Grappling, have to be purchased to be used. Left this here to help any other noobs who run into the same issue. I wish there was a way to prove ownership of the actual books to add to the site since they are licensed copy's and such...
Note that you can "homebrew" the feat you want from the PHB for free and use it with your character. You just can't publish it for others to use (since it's from the PHB).
Thanks for the tip. Since I already own the majority of the hard cover books, I'll forgo using DnD Beyond for any of my characters. I'm not paying again!!!!
