Hi all! I created the stat block for this NPC that'll appear soon in my game based on a necromancer. I upped her level to 15th level caster, changed and added a few spells and added the few magical items I want her to be kitted out with both for flavour and for lovely loot drops for my party if they kill/subdue her in time. Her proficiency is still only +4 even though I bumped her spells, her Hit Dice, her HP AND her CR. How would I go about this? +7 to the Int save is a bit embarrassing for someone thats meant to be as experienced as she is (without making her Int20 though).
If it can't be done for any reason, why? Could someone explain to me like Im five as to how Proficiency is calculated on here for creatures as opposed to how the DMG lays it out?

It increases to +5 @ CR 13, +6 @ CR 17, +7 @ CR 21.
You made all of her Skills, Attacks, and DCs 1 too high for her CR. If you want her to cache a +5 PB instead, you have to increase her CR to 13-16.
If you don’t want to do that, you can skip using the actual save proficiencies and write in your own with the appropriate dice roller notations at the very top of Special Traits. (If you even make it H3, Font Size 14, and color: #800000, then it will even look sorta semi-official. Puts a little line there for ya and everything.)

Actually, since you looked at it, do you have anything you'd change, fix, add or subtract from her? She's meant to be more a support villain, less of a henchman, more of the partner in crime. She's the wife of a big bad, a wizard/artificer who wants domination. He's the damage, destruction and control, she's meant to be his support and architect of his advanced flesh golem army, while still in the realm of neromancer.

For reference, here is the NPC in question.

Proficiency is calculated precisely as the DMG describes. Your monster is CR 11, that means they have a +4 PB.
