In the rules, arcane recovery can be used once per day, while in D&D beyond's character sheet it can be used once per long rest. I think it's a relevant difference, specially if, like in my case, you use one week long rests.
The only occasion in which “once per day” and “once per long rest” are not synonymous is regarding magic items that recover charges “at dawn.” Even magic items that grant “actions” (instead of having “charges”) use the phrase “once per day” to mean “per long rest.” They phrase doesn’t actually refer to a “solar day,” or a “calendar day.” It instead refers to an “adventuring day” which is measured long rest to long rest. In your case, “one adventuring day” is a week.
