I recently purchased the essentials kit, and it had a product code to down load the campaign here on DnD beyond, as well as an expantion, but they font seem to work.
You will need to raise a support ticket using the Contact Us link found at the bottom of any page.

It depends on which keys you're trying to redeem from the Essentials Kit, but since you're looking to use the code to unlock the adventure, be sure you're entering it in the Redeem a Key page from the Marketplace, rather than as a coupon code.
If you decide to use the 50% off the Player's Handbook, that will be entered as a coupon code. There are instructions included with each redemption code on where to enter it on the website.
If you have already been entering your adventure product code in the correct section of the website, ensure that you are entering the code exactly. From the D&D Essentials Kit support article:
PLEASE NOTE: The codes are case sensitive. Some letters in the codes might be a bit deceiving as well. If you can't get your code to work, please check if that O isn't a 0 (zero), and l could be a 1 (number one), lower case L or uppercase i. If you are still having issues with your codes, please contact Customer Support. Please include a picture of the code(s) you are having issues with, to better help the Support Representative locate your code.
I try to put the code but it doesn't work. My code doesn't have any o or 0, or any 1 or i but it shows invalid code? How do I fix this? Is there anything that I'm not aware of?
I followed the procedures to unlock the digital version with the provided product key. I entered the product key, it takes me to a page that says I already own this, but no link to unlock the digital copy.
