I have a Chromatic White Dragonborn using the new UA rules, and I want to take the Dragon Hide feat which has a Dragonborn prerequisite. However, it is not appearing as an available feat for my character. Is there an issue with the racial tagging with UA?
Technically the way the UA draconic races are implemented on D&DBeyond doesn't list them as "Dragonborn". They're "Draconic Races," thus rendering them unable to take feats with a dragonborn requirement.
Chances are that this will be fixed when Fisban's comes out in October with the official version of the Draconic Races.

Truth be told it could have been implemented correctly in the first place but they didn’t realize that these are technically Dragonborn variants. The did the “Draconic Races,” but that really should have been 3 Variant Dragonborn and a Variant Kobold.
Theu implemented UA ad a favor, they don’t actually have to at all. So right now it’s a low priority, but as you said, once it officially gets released that priority should change.
