Somehow, I got all the 1st level spells and cantrips I wanted to display in my custom subclass for monks normally. For some odd reason though, when I look at my character I added it to, it won't display the 2nd level spells I added to the additional spell list. I can't imagine this would be the website intentionally trying to keep it balanced but I don't know what could be causing it?

(I am making it on mobile and have been making quick edits and checking them immediately, would it take that long for changes to go live?)

It can take up to 20 minutes for changes to take effect, and then you still need to refresh the tab with the open character sheet. You might also need to “wake up” the character sheet by adjusting the level up and back down again.

After adding a different spell for each spell section of the subclass feature and going down and up levels it seems to work now. not sure if it just needed time but it is doing what I need for now. thanks
