I read in another thread earlier that their system is still getting used to what is spam and what is not. A few people have had this problem, and they are working on it from what I assume!
Don't know if this has already been reported, but if you homebrew a warforged subrace. You suddenly have access to all Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron Race options in the character builder.
Clarification: I havent bought that source, I dont think I should be able to choose them on the dropdown when creating a homebrew subrace. (seeing as I cant do the same for loxodon or any of the other's I havent paid for)

Hey there Countjest - Are you sure you're not joining a campaign that has content sharing enabled?
were you responding to my comment (the one i deleted?) also what does UA mean? l am new.(by new l mean l don't use this site very often l have only used the character maker b4 now and l have never actually played dnd)
Hey guys, so this was the best place I could find to post about this, but hey.
So in the character builder when you choose a race (i have everything unlocked/bought and home brew on) it does not display any home brew race I have created. It DOES however display any sub races or variants, but not in a drop down like it does for human, elf, half-elf etc.
What I had to do to have the 3 variants I’ve made appear next to each other is have the name of the race in front of the variant name.
When I open each sub race it correctly shows the parent race clearly in the builder, but it seems a strange limitation of the home brew system that a race you create doesn’t display at all if it has variants or sub races. All the abilities of the base race correctly pass to the variant, and are displayed fine, but if i go to make a sub race in the home brew builder, i can’t select the parent race as an option to build off, in fact I can only choose from a few races (human, shifter, elf, half-elf, dwarf, gnome, aasimar, tiefling etc) basically anything that already has variants/subraces.
-homebrew race groups have not (yet) been created; it’s on the list, but it will likely be quite a while (like 2021 or later) before it is addressed
-only races that are designed to have subraces will show up as templates in the subrace homebrew section; other races (like human or Dragonborn) will not show up there because they are designed to be full races; essentially they didn’t leave “design space” for subraces. For example, most races include a +2 for one ability score and a +1 for another. With races that include subraces, the +2 is typically a feature of the parent race, and the +1 is typically a feature of the subrace and varies by subrace.
-I can see all the official races available as templates for homebrew race variants. If you don’t, it may mean that you haven’t bought all the races, or that not all of them have “registered” with your account.
-adding more subraces to homebrew parent races isn’t something I’ve done, so I can’t offer any insight into why that is an issue/problem.

Trying to figure out what I did, I made a thread in the bug report and it was auto-flagged as Spam, anyone have any insight?

I think they have a staff member on full-time "not spam" duty. :D

I am sure. (i'm not in any)
This is because the Eberron races are are considered UA content until WotC wishes it to be removed.

Here's a problem- In the manual proficiency addition on the character editor, vehicle proficiencies don't show up as an option.
