So I ended up buying a bunch of books recently and for some reason none of the tieflings subraces are showing up. The books I ended up buying were, Player Bundle, Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, and Eberron: Rising from the Last War, so I should have them unlocked.
Edit: I misread Player Bundle as Player's Handbook. Apologies! Try going to your Account Marketplace page and checking whether your entitlements data is in sync (at the top of the page).
"Your entitlements data is in sync! You should have nothing to worry about, but contact our Support Team if you're having problems accessing your purchased content."

and one in Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide

No, the Player’s Bundle does not include Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes:
You will have to purchase Mordenkainen's Tome separately.
