I have a Master Tier account. One of my players is about to DM a campaign. He has a Free Account.
I have Shared Content with him (I’m a player in his game) but he can’t seem to use the Build and Run Encounter Tracker though he can access all the monster stats.
Is this because he has a Free Account?
What does he need to do to use the Build and Run Encounter Tracker?
If I'm not mistaken, the Encounter Builder is in "Beta Test" and is thus available to non-subscribers. However, the Combat Tracker is in "Alpha Test" so is only available to subscribers.
The Encounter Builder is in beta and available to free users, but the combat tracker is still in alpha and only available to paid subscribers. Don’t fret, they added the dice roller to the Encounter Builder including statblock rollables. Otherwise all the Combat Tracker actually tracks are initiatives and HP. That has been manageable on paper for 50 years. In truth, I frequently manage my combat encounters from the builder and skip the actual tracker. I use my phone’s notes app to track Init & HP.
As long as they designate the encounter for that specific campaign then they should have full access to use your shared content to build their encounters.

They are making the encounters for their campaign but when the do the blue Run Encounter button is not showing on his page.
I’m wondering if it is a browser or tablet issue?
It works for me and I’m using a MacBook with Chrome.

Is that the behavior you/they are seeing?

Ok thanks for that. He’s going to subscribe when he starts the campaign.
