Now that I recently had the desire to make a Dragonmark character, I noticed within the character creator that I can't find any of them (i.e. Mark of Scribing isn't under gnome and Mark of Sentinel isn't under Human). However, I own ERTLW in full and when I access the compendium, I can view and read about the different dragonmarks, as well as the Aberrant Dragonmark feat, which I also can't access in the character creator. I always have every content option turned on in the character creator's home page, including Homebrew Content, MTG Content, and especially Eberron content. Is there a way to fix this so I can access the subraces, or am I forced to homebrew recreate the dragonmark subraces?
Check your entitlements. Go to https://www.dndbeyond.com/account and click on “Marketplace”. The first section of that tab is “Account Entitlements.” Check there, and if it says you need to sync, click the sync button.
while on that page, scroll down to “Current Product Licenses” and make sure that 1) your purchase of ERTLW shows there and 2) you didn’t accidentally purchase the compendium only version. (Compendium only lets you read about stuff, but doesn’t include access to content in the character builder and similar tools)
I purchased the Eberron races as an a-la-carte purchase when those were still an option, but I cannot seem to find the Dragonmarked racial options. I have Changeling, Kalashtar, Eberron Orc, and Warforged, but no Dragonmarks.

Enable Eberron toggle.
Also remember the other Dragonmarks are subraces and variants so you need to first select the base race (e.g. to select Mark of Hospitality first choose Halfling since it is a Halfling subrace, or for Passage first choose Human since it is a Human variant).

Apparently the Ebberon toggle is missing for me even though I own a digital copy. So it's a little frustrating for me that they may have changed somethings & haven't put it back.😔😮💨

They've updated toggles. Eberron is now Expanded content and falls under that toggle. Expanded Rules sources no longer have individual toggles like they did.
